Salvatore Ferrara
I began my journey in the restaurant industry at a young age, completing an unpaid internship at Antonello when I was 16 to 17 years old, shortly before attending culinary school. My connection to the restaurant runs even deeper, my father also worked there for six months back in 1995. Having essentially grown up around the business, and am proud to say I’ve been working full time at Antonello’s for the past 21 years. “You need to find a balance between what your customers want, what’s likely to sell well with your clientele, and doing what you’re genuinely excited about- all while juggling what you’re capable of delivering and running a full kitchen staff.”
